Overview

Pulse is a remote-care platform. Clinicians were drowning in numbers and missing the signal. I redesigned the dashboard around change and exception — surfacing what moved, and why it matters.

More data didn't help. Better defaults did.

The old dashboard showed everything, equally. I rebuilt it around exceptions — what changed, what’s out of range — and built the chart components into a small, reusable system.

Clinicians found the thing that mattered faster.

In follow-up sessions, time-to-first-insight dropped sharply. The chart system also became the basis for the wider product’s data language.
